This is an ongoing project that we started last September.
The customer needed to add a separate dwelling for his mother that wanted to live with him. This addition has a one car garage, 1 bedroom, a combination bath/ laundry room a large great room and a second-floor loft. The total square footage is about 1100 square feet of living. The exterior is Hardi Board and Batten, the floors are tile and Maple hardwood, with a maple staircase. we built custom wire railings as you will see in some pictures.
