We had a great opportunity given to us by Michael Petrovick Architects from Keene NH and Amesbury Massachusetts and Vintage Kitchens of Concord NH.
This was an original building from the old Granliden Hotel in Sunapee NH. It was used to house employees.
We were asked to open the space up by removing what was once the original exterior wall and install a beam structure. We also added a new mudroom and laundry room between the house and garage.
The new space has the original style trim with new white oak floors, Custom Tile in the mudroom, powder room and laundry room.
We installed new cabinets from Vintage Kitchens with leathered granite tops.
it has new Marvin Windows and Sliding door. New Thermatru exterior doors.
you will also see custom elements like the beadboard cabinets in the mudroom and the custom Black Walnut bench designed and built by Da Brothers.
